Carman

Carman grew up on a farm outside of Canby, Oregon. Her mother is highly musical and she grew up singing in church. When she was around 12 years old, she fished an old guitar out of a closet and started to teach herself how to play. Carman received a degree in Music Ministry from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho. While there, she and a friend were the first to successfully initiate a jazz duo at her college and even went on to record an album which is currently available on Spotify.
